Hoyo 15 Residential Town Houses

The plot on which the project is located is the result of the redesign and expansion of the Puerta de Hierro Colony, which left a strip of land between Calle Arroyofresno and the adjacent golf club. In this strip, facing south and the golf course, there are 22 row houses.

Being this a privileged location, the designed houses are of great spatial, functional and constructive quality, with no other limitations than those inherent to row housing, with a proportionally small area on the ground floor and the staircase as the key element.

The houses are arranged symmetrically so each pair is perceived as a unit and the row is visually shortened. All houses have a garden, a private pool, and lift. On the top floor, a suite opens onto the golf course through the terrace.

Façades are made of stone, with opal glass panels, prefabricated concrete and wooden cladding, seeking to highlight the volumes of well-defined prisms so that the harmony of their proportions and their disposition in series becomes their hallmark.
