Lamela-Buin, the union of Estudio Lamela and Bueso-Inchausti & Rein Arquitectos, has a great international projection and will make it possible to respond to the growing demand for innovative and sustainable architectural projects on the West Coast of California. Along with the local Californian studio, Paul Murdoch Architects, the three leadingarchitectur estudios combine their experiences and knowledge to create innovative architectural solutions with a global perspective.
Paul Murdoch Architects is a Californian studio founded in 1991 that’s among the 50 largest firms in the US. It designs civic buildings and airports grounded on sustainable principles. One of their projects that stands out is the Flight 93 Memorial in Pennsylvania, a National Monument to the heroes who prevented the terrorist attack of September 11. Estudio Lamela is one of the most important studios in Spain. Established almost 70 years ago, it has carried out over 2,000 projects in 32 countries. With offices in Spain, Poland, Mexico, and the Netherlands, it has designed airports, stadiums, offices, and residential buildings, among others. With over 30 awards in recent years, its international experienceis extensive and has designed buildings in Belgium, Poland, Mexico, Panama, and the USA.
